It was a bright blustery day with a strong wind quartering the range making it difficult for the rimfire rifles even at 50M. The “Jammit” target stands were blowing about making them even more challenging. However, only a hardy few turned up and none of those were visitors or new members. The grass was dry so no need for boots and we parked close to the fence. We began shooting close to time so all finished by 11:50.
Make a note in your diaries – it looks like the Christmas shoot could well be on Saturday 2 December 2017. Details have yet to be finalised but due to plans made by SEESA for their Christmas shoot we can’t share the range with them for this event. As we can’t share the range, moving it to a Saturday cuts the costs for sole use.
